Separation Reliability Analysis for the Low-Shock Separation Nut with Mechanism Motion Failure Mode

A functional reliability simulation method based on the Kriging model is proposed to efficiently evaluate of low-shock separation nuts. First, a deterministic function nut established. Second, working load, geometric dimensions and propellant combustion parameters are introduced establish nonlinear implicit in different stages, used display function. Finally, workflow established, sensitivity analyses performed quantify importance ranking size parameters. It shown that influence uncertainties can be precisely described, preload support angle between piston flap play dominant role reliability. This further detailed design nut.
